Second Attempt. I still can't get the zoom correct. I couldn't find the crop tool under objects, so I used the save to web device and tried to resize. Very blurry.
The idea was to understand text placement yourself rather then letting Arc manually do things for you. Maybe try saving as a png format if you haven't already.
